SmartDaddy can track Android phones running Android version 4.4 (Kitkat) and above. We currently do not support monitoring for iPhones. However, we are in active development to add support for them very soon.
SmartDaddy can track your child’s activities like calls, SMS, contacts, websites, app usage, location, tasks assigned, etc. It’s even possible to capture the screenshots from your child’s phone.
Download the SmartDaddy Parent App from the Google Play Store or App Store and create your account. You can also use our parent Web App. Subscribe to the plan that fits your needs and follow the instructions in the parent app.

Yes. Inside the Parent App, select your child’s profile and choose the settings option from the menu. Then enable ‘Alerts’ to receive alerts when there is any new activity on their phone. By this method, you can also turn off notifications if they disturb you.
Inside the child app, we provide an option called ‘Device Administrator.’ Enabling this feature will prevent your child from uninstalling the app from the phone. We’ll notify you if your child attempts to uninstall the app.
To stop tracking, you can delete the Child App by either the Parent App or click on “Delete This Child” from the Child App.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, follow these steps:
- Android Users – Go to the subscription page in your Play Store app and cancel the active SmartDaddy subscription. For more details, click here.
- iOS Users – Go to the Settings app and tap your name, then tap Subscriptions and cancel the active SmartDaddy subscription. For more details, click here.
- Web App Users – Go to the account settings in the SmartDaddy web app and cancel the subscription..

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your current plan to meet your needs. Launch the SmartDaddy parent app and go to the settings page. Tap on ‘Account‘ and ‘Manage Subscription‘ to choose a new plan.
